Daeheung Food is a company producing and selling Korean traditional 'grain syrup' in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do for 60 years in 3 generations.
Modern society is becoming affected by diabetes, hypertension, obesity, adult diseases and other diseases. As a result, we have been concerned in food seasonings such as sugars, oligosaccharides, and syrups. We consider the diseases above is caused by refined synthetic monosaccharide seasoning. Korean traditional grain syrup is traditional fermented polysaccharide product made from 100% rice and malt. The grain syrup is a nutritious food and good for our health.

■ Features and differentiation
① Organic natural fermented food made with no preservatives, no additives, and no artificial colours. It is made only with 100% rice, sorghum and ginger.
② Suitable to use at home, restaurant, and also great for a present with different sizes of containers.
③ Unlike oligosaccharides, nutrients are not destroyed even at high temperatures.
④ 100% polysaccharide natural seasoning rich in various minerals and physiologically active substances.
