Product description	This flower-shaped rice cake for tteokguk (rice cake soup) is made from Korean rice and colored with five harmoniously blended natural colorants. It is packaged in a custom-made zipper bag. Although colored, the flavor remains the same. Keep it frozen. If stored at room temperature or refrigerated, the rice cakes may crack or lose shape. The same applies during defrosting — room-temperature thawing or soaking in water can deform the rice cakes. For best results, use them directly from frozen or rinse lightly with water and add them at the last step of cooking and cook for the last 5 minutes.
