Low-salt fermentation seasoning (NOW), which is fermented with rice, soybeans and anchovy, has the same “salt taste” as salt, but contains less than 50% sodium, is a natural seasoning that does not contain any chemical additives.
It was developed (patent registration) for the first time in Korea and was certified as a new health technology by the Ministry of Health and Welfare (No. 172)
It is a basic seasoning that can be used in many dishes which is not chemical and easy to use. Enhance the taste of food with less salt and increase the richness of the taste.
It is not a conventional seasoning in powder form that has undergone a chemical process, but a liquid seasoning that dissolves well in food and is good for health. |
