Product description A rice jocheong produced using a traditional cauldron decoction method that requires master-level temperature control. While ordinary grain syrups are quickly processed at temperatures exceeding 100°C, our process involves a patient, 72-hour simmer strictly maintained below 100°C. This meticulous low-heat evaporation preserves the delicate nutrients of the ingredients and prevents spoilage.
