Product description 1. A patented enzyme treatment technology was applied to improve the coarse texture of brown rice, achieving a soft and sticky mouthfeel similar to white rice while maintaining the nutritional value and savory aroma of brown rice.
2. By leveraging a triple-complex enzyme process, this product contains 33% less sugar compared to regular brown rice.
3. It contains approximately twice the amount of resistant starch and soluble dietary fiber compared to regular brown rice, and includes 65mg/100g of polyphenols.
4. It is suitable for daily dietary management as it can be cooked conveniently without the need for separate soaking in water.
