Since its establishment in 1992, MINONG FOODS has been a leading manufacturer of Korean traditional foods including rice cakes (tteok), noodles, and sauces. Located in Busan, South Korea, the company operates with advanced automated facilities and strict hygiene systems. We are certified with HACCP, FSSC22000, and Gluten-Free standards.
Our signature products—such as 98% rice-based tteokbokki, glutinous rice balls, and a variety of frozen noodles—have been well received both domestically and internationally.

1992.04 – Founded as Sasang Foods (specializing in rice cakes, noodles, and sauces)
1994.04 – Renamed and expanded as Minong Foods
1998.05 – Secured own manufacturing facility and relocated1999.05 – Established in-house microbial analysis and R&D lab

2005.04 – Expanded factory and added rice cake and noodle production lines
2005.09 – Established fresh noodle production facility
