Company introduction

Nongshim Mills modernized the traditional method of pounding soaked rice with a stone mortar and now produce and sell high-quality wet rice flour. We aim to become a global grain processing company.
We develop and manufacture specialty rice flours tailored for various uses such as rice-processed foods, noodles, confectionery, and baking.

History

2009.11 – Established Nongshim Milling
2012.02 – Acquired HACCP certification (first in the milling industry)
2020.04 – Registered patent for rice bread crumb extrusion technology
2021.01 – Acquired ISO 9001 certification
2022.03 – Acquired ISO 14001 certification
2022.12 – Became the first in Korea to obtain Gluten-Free Certification (KGFC).
