ALALIFOOD Co., Ltd. is a traditional food company that has been producing Korea’s representative fermented foods such as doenjang (soybean paste) and gochujang (red pepper paste) for four generations. The company distributes its products through Nonghyup Hanaro Marts and various regional markets and online malls throughout Korea, and also exports to countries such as the United States, Hong Kong, Israel, Switzerland, and Canada. In 2016, ALALIFOOD became the first in the fermented food sector to obtain Kosher certification. Notably, its gochujang won first place at the Kosher Festival in the U.S. and was the first Korean Kosher food officially exported to Israel. In addition to Kosher, the company also holds Halal and Vegan certifications, steadily expanding its export markets. Beyond traditional sauces, ALALIFOOD continues to develop new products annually such as misugaru (grain powder), soy milk noodle kits, and soybean powder, striving to promote the taste of Korea both domestically and globally.
2009 – Established RR Food Co., Ltd.; entered CitySuper Hong Kong
2010 – Won Gold Medal at the World Women s Invention Expo; signed supply agreement with Nonghyup Hanaro Mart; participated in Hong Kong Food Expo
2011 – Received Chairman’s Award and Gold Medal at the World Women’s Invention Expo
2012 – Gave a presentation at the World Women’s Economic Forum; featured on SBS Morning Wide; participated in Korea-U.S. Women’s Forum hosted by U.S. Embassy; won Gold and Silver Medals at the World Women’s Invention Expo
2013 – Selected as a Great Workplace; selected for the U.S. State Department’s IVLP program
2014 – Selected as mentor for the Young Forum hosted by Gyeongbuk Women’s Policy Institute and U.S. Embassy
2015 – Acquired ISO 9001 and Kosher certifications
