Company introduction

Based on the know-how of the jocheong masters who have been making traditional fermented foods for over 26 years, we stick to the cauldron herb extraction method of boiling for 72 hours, the secret of adding no artificial sugars or additives, and the use of pure domestic raw ingredients and high content. JY STORY manufactures handmade products that are differentiated from our competitors, and we promise to provide our customers with the best products based on trust and honesty.
**Cauldron herb extraction method**
We have developed herbal jocheong containing a high concentration of herbs and no artificial sweeteners using the indirect heating method based on the cauldron extraction principle that increases the inherent medicinal properties of the medicinal herbs.

History

1999 – Began producing medicinal grain syrups made with bellflower root, wormwood, and ginger; inherited traditional temple fermentation techniques.
2016 – Featured on KNN’s “Healthy Table” product introduction program.
2018 – Founded “JY Story” in Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam (Pyeongsanbuk 1-gil 11).
2019 – Launched on Naver Smart Store and Coupang Rocket Delivery.
2020 – Participated in the Singapore Franchise & Licensing Online Exhibition (Korea Pavilion).
2021 – Joined Dongwon University Startup Incubation Center and registered the factory.
2021 – Supplied OEM products (DAMI) to Hyundai Department Store Main and Trade Center branches.
2021 – Participated in Shenzhen Food Expo (hybrid), began online sales on Q10 Japan.
2022 – Selected for Seoul Food Rice Show (rice-processed product).
2022 – Won Gold Prize in the syrup category at the 4th Korea Fermentation Grand Exhibition.
2022 – Selected as a Master of Healing Cuisine in Korea.
2022 – Designated as Master Artisan in Fermentation and Syrup by the Korean Cultural Arts Association.
2022 – Registered the trademark “Bak Jaeyoung Fermentation House.”
2023 – Selected as a hometown love gift item by Yangsan City.
2023 – Selected as a rice-processed product supported by MAFRA and the Korea Rice Processing Association.
2023 – Participated in the Ho Chi Minh trade delegation with KOTRA Gyeongnam and Yangsan City.
2023 – Grand Prize at the 5th Korea Jang & Fermentation Expo (Beverage Application Category).
2023 – Exported to LA (July); launched “Red Jujube” and “Rice Syrup” with Seoul Recipe in Hong Kong.
2023 – Featured in Hyundai Department Store’s Chuseok Gift Catalog (Bak Jaeyoung Fermentation House).
2024 – Filed patents for Red Jujube Syrup and Fermented Bokbunja Extract.
2024 – Won Gourmet Award from the International Taste Institute (Belgium) for Red Jujube Syrup.
