We have developed new types of local food that can solve social problems by utilizing national surplus resources. As our CEO, who is lactose-intolerant, aimed to create an ice cream anyone could enjoy without dietary concerns, we successfully developed rice-based ice cream using hypoallergenic Korean rice.
We aim to be a sustainable company that maximizes the value of surplus resources while addressing environmental, social, and economic issues.
