Kim Chips, which started with 'Kimchi Bugak' developed by CEO Shin In-ho, a global Korean food expert and chef, is a K-snack created with sincerity after a long period of verification and preparation to develop Korea's unique kimchi into a snack that everyone around the world can enjoy.
Kim Chips are made by soaking real kimchi and fermenting it, using kimchi broth containing the nutrients of kimchi and domestic rice powder. It is a snack that expresses the familiar but special taste and crunchiness of kimchi pancake, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders around the world.
Starting with seaweed chips, we at Deodamun are working hard to develop products that make Korean food more accessible, and we will create products that embody the unique Korean culture that can be loved around the world.
