Company introduction

Based on the know-how of Jocheong Myeong-in, who has been making fermented foods in a traditional way for more than 26 years, JY Story makes products using the cauldron tangjeon method (a method of indirect heating based on the principle of cauldron tangjeon that enhances the inherent medicinal properties of medicines) to develop herbal jocheong that contains high concentrations of herbs and no artificial sweeteners. We manufacture handmade products that are differentiated from other companies' products by using pure domestic raw materials and insisting on the high content of raw materials, as well as JWSTORY's secret to making jocheong without adding any artificial sugars and additives. JY Story promises to always reward customers with healthy food with trust and honesty.

History

Passed down the recipe for making traditional fermented herbal jocheong in 1999
- Participated in Shenzhen Food Expo (Hybrid) in China - Registered as a factory of Dongwon University of Science and Technology's Incubator Center - Registered as a factory of Dongwon University of Science and Technology's Incubator Center - Selected as a rice processed food Participated in Seoul Food Rice Show

- Selected as a master in the Jocheong category by the Korea Culture and Art Masters Association - Selected as a hometown love gift for Yangsan City
- Selected as a rice processed food sponsored by the Korea Rice Processed Food Association, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs
- Gyeongnam Kotra and Yangsan City trade mission visited Ho Chi Minh City
- Launched Cacao Makers, a gift set of Park Jae-young's fermentation house Jocheong
