DAEHEUNG FOOD has shown continuous dedication to development of Jocheong for 3 generations since its establishment in 1962. We were selected as the one and only 'Local Ppuri Company' in 2013 as a grain-syrup specialized company.
Our grain-sryup, handed-down with persistence and stubbornness, is special in its existence by fermenting 100% grain in a traditional method.
Korea's proud traditional food grain syrup has lower calories than honey and is a fermented polysaccharide rich in amino acids and various minerals.
It functions both as perfect food and a great ingredient.
Based on these grain syrups, we make various products to promote the excellence of Korean traditional food.
We are selling fruit jam, caramel, spread, and syrup that are widely used worldwide, with more product development to be continued in the future.

2013. Selection as a 'local ppuri company' (27 companies, the one and only selectee for the grain syrup section)
2019. Establishment of Daeheung Food Co., Ltd. (Factory 2)
2019. Acquisition of ISO 22000
