Company introduction
Thedameum studies and develops various aspects of Korean food to broaden it casually and popularize it. With confidence of 'the more Korean, the more international', we aim to produce products that let all consumers in and outside of Korea enjoy the taste, style, and culture of Korea.
Started from 'kimchi bugak' developed through adapting traditional bugak making method to Korean traditional cultural heritage 'kimchi' by global Korean food specialized chef Inho Shin, Kimchips is a K-snack that has passed long verification and preparation period to make Korean kimchi enjoyable for people all over the world.
Kimchips uses a real fermented kimchi juice that fully contains nutrients and Korean Cheolwon Odae rice for familiar but special taste and crispiness. It is a snack that global people in all ages can enjoy.
Starting from Kimchips, we are currently working on developing various tastes. We will make products that possess Korean traditional culture which deserves love from global consumers.
