Company introduction
Saimdang Food Co., Ltd is a traditional food manufacturer that inherits, develops, and gradually grows Korean traditional taste and style with the mindset of 牛步千里 (the slow and steady wins the race) over the past 13 years. In order to make healthy food with an ideology of 藥食同源(medicine and food have the same origin), we do not use any unhealthy additives. Our list of certificates includes HACCP certification for rice cakes (No. 2202021-1145), snacks (No. 2019-5-9347), boiled foods (No. 2014-808), and candies (No. 2019-05-9186), along with ISO22000 (KorF-161044) and CLEAN business (Certification No. 63399) for healthy rice cakes. With our consistency to produce and sell foods that are safe enough to feed our own family, our products are being sold successfully on agricultural/fisheries home shopping(NS, GS, etc.), being appreciated for the high product quality and technology. They are also being supplied to social enterprises such as Happy Narae, Nara Market, and Asiana Airlines in-flight meals. We are currently exporting our rice cakes and Korean sweets to the United States and Australia.
