Product description Rice Jocheong, a representative traditional fermented food of Korean ancestors, is a natural sweetner that human can attain from grains. Jocheong is a maltose made by saccarizing barley sprout, and the maltose transforms to glucose when absorbed to human body which produces energy and promotes brain movement, affecting our body positively. Our rice jocheng does not contain any artificial additives, suitable for sugar replacement.
