Product description Baeksemi handmade cauldron nurungji is made from organic rice grown in Gokseong, Jeollanam-do. Since 2015, an organic complex has been created managed through contract cultivation while the Baeksemi has been designated as a regional specialty rice. This is not a conventional nurungji product which mimics nurungji by pressing it but instead, has a thin and crispy texture/taste by pressing it directly from an iron cauldron by a spatula in a traditional method. It is made with patented rice that smells like nurungji, making it more savory than existing Nurungji products. Also, it is 100% white rice nurungji manufactured without any additional additives.
