Product description Hansan Sogokju is said to have been enjoyed by the Baekje royal family 1,500 years ago, and is Korea's most popular high-end traditional liquor that appeared in Joseon Dynasty's ancient writings on alcohol such as "Sanlim Gyeongjae," "Dongguk sesigi," "Suun japbang" and "Gyuhapchongseo."

It prides a long history and great cultural values making you unable to get up from your seat with a captivating sweet taste of alcohol once you start drinking.

Characteristics

First, a clean taste from nature. Gangsan Brewery is made using only 100% newly harvested fresh rice instead of rice flour and mixed/old rice used in many other breweries.

Second, long-term low temperature fermentation
Hansan Sogokju is a representative 'Jungyangju' type of liquor brewed twice with underglaze and overglaze. It is made with sincerity after 100 days of low-temperature fermentation and aging for deep taste and rich aroma. The alcohol brewed twice increases the value of alcohol by adding a richer taste offering a good combination of low acidity, bitter, sweet, and savory taste.

Third, no sweeteners
The sweet taste of Hansan sogokju comes from the sweetness of rice's starch without using artificial sweeteners or natural sweeteners.

Cocktail


Ingredients: 60 ml of oxyhydroxide wine, 1 SP of Benedictine, ginger ale, garnish (slice lemon)
How to make it
1. Fill the highball glass with ice and add oxygen wine and Benedictine.
2. Fill 80% of the glass with ginger ale and stir lightly with a spoon.
3. Decorate with sliced lemon.


Ingredients: 45 ml Hanshin Anglican Liquor, 45 ml square ice, Ginger Ale, 10 EA
How to make it
1. Put sliced ginger on the glass and fill it with ice cubes.
2. Pour ginger ale and soju.


Ingredients: Oxygen soju, apple juice, tonic water (2:1:1), garnish (slice apple)
How to make it
1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the oxygenated wine, apple juice, and tonic water according to the ratio.
3. Stir with a spoon and decorate with sliced apples.


Ingredients: Oxygenated rice wine, Sprite (1:1), Ice, garnish (slice lemon)
How to make it
1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the oxygenated wine and cider according to the ratio.
