Greetings from CEO of Gaia Agricultural Company Corporation - Kim Donghwan.
We are making fermented anchovy liquid, fish soy sauce, and doenjang(soybean paste) with carefully selected ingredients, hygienic working space, and a sincere heart to continue the reputation of fermented food as a healthy ingredient in Korea.
Gaia Food's fish soy sauce is a Korean traditional fermented food registered in the 'Ark of Taste', an international food culture conservation project. We are trying to recreate the old taste by dipping soy sauce with anchovy fish sauce without using a single drop of water. We will do my best to deliver the light and deep taste that can only be found in Gaia food.
