Agricultural Corporation Company woorimidan Co., Ltd succeeded in developing well-being un-processed rice noodles that does not contain flour but is more delicious than the flour for the first in the world. Although the flour noodle causes digestive disorder, adult disease, atopic dermatitis, memory, and concentration disorders, it is difficult to completely replace it with other nutritious products due to fixed market structure and consumers' familiarity. Triggered from the question "What if there is a rice noodles that is more tasty but does not contain a flour?", we eventually manufactured the product that satisfies this aim. Since the beginning of the establishment, we started supplying rice noodles to school, and we are contributing to children's healthy eating life still now.
