Gwangyang Jujo Co., Ltd. was established on November 11, 2011 and has been steadily growing based on the customers' love and support since its launching of 'Gwangyang Rice Makgeolli'. By producing makgeolli using 100% domestic rice, we are forming a mutually beneficial relationship with farmers and paving the way for the 4th industrial revolution by establishing a state-of-the-art automation system. 2017. Foundation of Agriculture Technology Commercialization and Transfer(FACT) Agreement for prototype development, 50 tons of rice for processing
2018. Foundation of Agriculture Technology Commercialization and Transfer(FACT) project successfully manufactured high-quality Makgeolli using domestic goa milos rice and co-invented a recipe for malt using rice powder with Suncheon National University
2019 Project for support of a fermented food industry using bacteria (Korea Food Research Institute)
