Cuckoo Co., Ltd. established a tteokbokki and tteokguk tteok processing plant in Goesan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do in 2018 to convey the unique taste of Korean traditional food to people around the world. Our factory prides state-of-the-art facilities endorsed by HACCP standards. With the application of patent technology essential for making delicious rice cakes and constant efforts to reproduce the authentic taste of a mother's dish, we are striving to produce the best tteokbokki and tteokguk tteok in Korea.

○ Fresh ingredients: We do not use wheat, flour or reproduced rice flour. We process and manufacture directly by cutting and grinding rice
○ Excellent processing technology: Based on a traditional Korean steamer method, we apply a patented technology that removes air bubbles from the rice cake to make it more sticky.
○ Thorough implementation of HACCP: Thorough analysis, verification and management of food hazards while fulfilling responsibility of the HACCP team. We also pursue precise automatic packaging and detailed detection of foreign substances through X-Ray inspection.
